Please arrive at the activity location 30 minutes prior to your scheduled slot. Please co-ordinate your arrival time and location with vendor partner, post booking.

Highly trained instructors will brief you on the Dos, Don’ts and what to expect.

Before moving ahead to the big lines, a 20 minutes practice session is conducted to help you learn the ‘ropes’.

Zip through 6 zip lines which will take you 60 to 90 minute to cover. By the end of your zip experience you will cover a total distance of 1085 meters.

• If you wish to cancel before receiving a confirmation, you will receive 100% refund.

• Rs. 500 cancellation charge – If cancelled before 48 hours of scheduled date.
• No Refund– If cancelled within 48 hours of scheduled date.
  If participants are deemed unfit by instructor or refuse to go through with the experience at site or miss the zip tour, no refund will be applicable.

Rescheduling is subject to availability.

Once the cancellation window ends, rescheduling cannot be done.

Each booking allows for a maximum of two rescheduling opportunities. After which, no further changes can be made to the booking.

Any price differences resulting from rescheduling, such as changes in seasonal rates or availability, will be applicable and will be communicated to the customer during the rescheduling process.

In the event that a customer requests a rescheduling but fails to attend the newly scheduled appointment, it will be considered a missed appointment, and our standard cancellation policy will apply

• This experience will take a total of 60-90 minutes, which includes around 20 minutes of hiking up the hill to Zip 1 and 20 minutes of safety briefing. There will also be short walks between the zip lines and a few breaks.

• The zipline tour includes 6 spectacular zip lines up to 300 metre long, totalling 1085 meter of zip tour.

• Yes, this activity is completely safe as the zipline tour has been designed and constructed to international standards -EN15567.
• Each component is designed to be 3x stronger than it needs to be.
• Every zip wire gets checked each day before use, each month by a senior instructor and every year by an independent engineer.
• The personal protective equipment (PPE) is made by Petzl of France, one of the world’s leading climbing brands.

• Keeping your safety first, if the weather is poor, the event may be delayed or postpone, and an alternative time slot will be suggested.
• No age restrictions. Minimum height – 1.4m (4ft 7″).
• Maximum weight – 115kg
• Participants deemed unfit for the activity may be prohibited from participating by the instructor. Since this decision will be made by the expert for your safety, we request your adherence. Kindly read our advisory in attachment to understand if you are fit to participate.
• Kindly pay full attention to the briefing provided and follow all guidelines.
• A parent or guardian must sign the disclaimer and also should supervise the activity for any child under 18 yrs.
• A parent or guardian must also accompany any child under 16 yrs on the zipline at all times on the tour. The zip tour will be done independently by the child and the parent/ guardian.
• Upon arrival, proof of identification is required (Not PAN card)
• Plan to arrive 30 minutes before your zipline tour begins. There will be no refunds available in the event you miss the zip tour.

• Yes, this activity is suitable for beginners as it is completely supervised by the certified instructors.

• There are no age restrictions.

• The starting point for this activity is Mehrangarh Fort, Jai Pol, Main gate, Jodhpur ,Rajasthan 342001.

• The best time to visit Rajasthan is during the winter season. If you want to try this activity during a pleasant day then the best time to go for this is from the month of October to March.
