• Arriving in Kodaikanal, you’ll explore the serene hamlet of Vattakanal before embarking on a trek to Vellagavi, a remote tribal village deep within the Western Ghats. 

• Enjoy lunch at the campsite, trek to a viewpoint, and savour a campfire dinner.

• Your final day involves a return trek to Vattakanal, followed by the journey back to Bangalore, with opportunities to reflect on your adventure and create lasting memories.

Rescheduling is subject to availability.

Once the cancellation window ends, rescheduling cannot be done.

Each booking allows for a maximum of two rescheduling opportunities. After which, no further changes can be made to the booking.

Any price differences resulting from rescheduling, such as changes in seasonal rates or availability, will be applicable and will be communicated to the customer during the rescheduling process.

In the event that a customer requests a rescheduling but fails to attend the newly scheduled appointment, it will be considered a missed appointment, and our standard cancellation policy will apply

• The ideal time to visit Kumta Beach  Trek is from June to October when the weather is pleasant and favourable for trekking.

• The starting point for this trek is from  Indiranagar, Banglore.

• Yes, beginners can attempt the Canopy Hills Trek, but it is necessary to be physically fit and mentally prepared for the challenges of the trek. It is advisable to start with less difficult routes and gradually progress.

• Some precautions to take while trekking Canopy Hills Trek include carrying sufficient water, wearing proper trekking shoes, carrying necessary medications, and being aware of weather conditions and trail markings.

• If you become ill and cannot finish the trek, you will be taken to the base camp depending on the situation. Please note that reimbursement or rescheduling for the same is not possible. The traveller will be responsible for any additional costs incurred during this transfer.

• Full Refund- If cancelled before 7 days before scheduled departure.
• No Refund- If cancelled by the customer less than 7 days before scheduled departure.

• In case of extreme bad weather, government restriction or political disturbance, if any activity is cancelled; then the operator will suggest the best possible alternative. However, a cash refund is not applicable. In case of a change in itinerary due to weather, any additional expenses will be borne by the traveller.

At 08:00 PM, the adventure begins as you get picked up from Indiranagar. The thrill continues with pickups at Domlur Sky Walk, right opposite Domlur Bus Stop, at 08:15 PM, followed by Sapphire Toys on Richmond Road (near Sacred Heart Church) at 08:30 PM. By 09:00 PM, reach Silkboard, ready to set the course for Kodaikanal.

By 07:00 AM, arrive in Kodaikanal, a serene hill station in Tamil Nadu known for its lush green landscapes, pristine lakes, and cool climate. The real adventure begins as you arrive in Vattakanal, a lesser-known hamlet near Kodaikanal. It is also referred to as the “Little Israel” of India due to its popularity among Israeli travellers. Nestled amidst dense forests, Vattakanal offers a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of city life.

Our trek from Vattakanal to Vellagavi starts at 09:00 AM, a remote tribal village deep within the Western Ghats, accessible only by foot or jeep. This journey provides breathtaking views and insights into the traditional way of life of the local tribal communities. By 01:00 PM, reach your campsite, where a delicious lunch awaits.

The adventure continues with a trek to a captivating viewpoint, where you can soak in the stunning scenery. By evening, return to the campsite just in time for an enchanting campfire session under the starry night, followed by a hearty dinner and an overnight stay in cozy tents.

Rise and shine, greeted by the fresh morning air and a sumptuous breakfast. After breakfast, trek back to Vattakanal, a journey that promises not only scenic beauty but also a sense of accomplishment. By 10:30 AM, reach Vattakanal and conclude your trekking adventure.

As we bid adieu to Kodaikanal, the return journey to Bangalore commences at 11:30 AM. During this ride, you’ll have the opportunity to reflect on your adventure and share stories with fellow adventurers, creating lasting memories as we head back to the bustling city of Bangalore.
