• Arrive at the Kovalam Beach scuba diving centre and complete the registration process after the brief welcome.
• Get an overview of the day’s activities, including equipment and safety procedures, by the team.
• Join the classroom session covering the basics of scuba diving by the skilled instructors. 
• Learn about equipment, hand signals, and safety guidelines.
• Move to the pool for practical scuba diving training with our professional trainers. 
• Learn and practice basic skills such as mask clearing, regulator retrieval, and buoyancy control.
• Board a boat to a nearby dive site. Experience your first open-water dive with constant guidance from the instructors.
• After the magical adventure, debrief with the instructor and fellow divers about the diving experience. 
• Receive a certificate of completion for your thrilling experience.

• You will receive a booking confirmation within 24 hours of making a payment.
• In case of non-availability for the date, our team will get in touch with you to work out the best possible dates. Kindly bear with us, as this industry does not work with real-time inventory views from vendor partners.
• You will receive a 100% refund if you wish to cancel before receiving confirmation.

• Full Refund– If cancelled before 48 hours of date of travel. 
• No Refund– If cancelled by the customer in less than 48 hours of date of travel.

Rescheduling is subject to availability.

Once the cancellation window ends, rescheduling cannot be done.

Each booking allows for a maximum of two rescheduling opportunities. After which, no further changes can be made to the booking.

Any price differences resulting from rescheduling, such as changes in seasonal rates or availability, will be applicable and will be communicated to the customer during the rescheduling process.

In the event that a customer requests a rescheduling but fails to attend the newly scheduled appointment, it will be considered a missed appointment, and our standard cancellation policy will apply

• Explore the underwater realm with confidence as you progress from a confined session at 6 meters/feet to an open water dive at 12 meters/40 feet, with a minimum age limit of 10 years old, making scuba diving accessible and thrilling for all ages.

• The minimum age required is 10 years. You can do scuba diving as long as you are medically fit.

• The whole program can take up to two and half to three hours which includes briefing, a confined water training session and then the actual scuba dive in the open sea.

• No, but under the water sight is magnified by one third more and we are only interested in seeing objects close to us. Also, we provide optical masks for those who use high power glasses normally.

• If your flight is cancelled for weather conditions, operational or regulatory reasons, you will receive FULL refund, or you can reschedule your activity to an alternative date of your choice (subject to availability).

• You may cancel the booking anytime ,100% refund will be processed if the booking is cancelled 48 Hrs before the trip. No refund if cancelled within 48 Hrs of the scheduled trip.

• Welcome and Registration
  When you arrive at the scuba dive centre, you are warmly welcomed by the team, which makes you feel comfortable. After a while, you will be asked to complete the registration form and sign the medical fitness form and Standard Risk Acknowledgment & Disclaimer form

• Introduction Session
  The skilled trainers familiarise you with the equipment, the protocols, and the day’s schedule.

• Activity 1: Theory Session
  A comprehensive classroom session is held as per the Kovalam itinerary to cover the basics of scuba diving. You’re further taught about the essential equipment, hand signals, and safety guidelines crucial for your underwater experience.
• Activity 2: Pool Training After the initial instruction session, you are taken to a pool for scuba diving training. The trainer teaches you everything about practising fundamental skills like mask clearing, regulator retrieval, and buoyancy control.
• Activity 3: Open Water Dive
  Once you complete your training session, you board a boat to reach the exclusively chosen site for the open-water dive. Experience the thrill of your first open-water dive, closely guided by your instructor. Explore the underwater world, witness marine life, and immerse yourself in the environment with the skills learned during the pool session.

• Debrief and Certification
  After the dive, gather for a debriefing session with the instructor. Share the dive highlights, address any questions, and receive feedback on your performance. Receive a certificate of completion for your memorable adventure.
