  • Every participant must carry a valid ID. Please note that a PAN card is not considered identity proof.
  • All participants must sign the 'Standard Risk Acknowledgment & Disclaimer' form before the activity.
  • Individuals with the following conditions are advised not to participate: pregnant women, recent surgery, injured limbs, chronic back or neck pain.
  • Consumption of alcohol or any intoxicating substances is strictly forbidden during the entire duration of the trip.
  • Kindly follow the instructions and guidelines provided by the instructors for a safe and enjoyable experience.
  • Participants are solely responsible for their personal belongings; the authority will not be held accountable for any loss or damage.
  • We expect all participants to show their responsibility towards nature and keep it clean. Since littering is strictly prohibited, participants must use the designated dustbins to dispose of their waste.
  • For security reasons, it is advised not to carry jewellery or other valuables during the cycling tour.
  • We expect all participants to be respectful towards each other. It will help foster an enjoyable riding experience.
  • Pay close attention to the guidelines given by the instructor both before and after the cycling activity.
  • Vendor details will be provided post-booking. Please coordinate with the vendor regarding reporting time and location.

  • We will confirm your booking within 24 hours.  
  • If the date is unavailable, our team will contact you to determine the best possible dates. Kindly bear with us, as this industry does not work with real-time inventory views from vendor partners. 
  • If you wish to cancel before receiving a confirmation, you will receive a 100% refund. 

  • Full Refund– If cancelled before 15 days of the date of the activity. 
  • No Refund– If cancelled by the customer in less than 15 days of the date of the activity.

Rescheduling is subject to availability.

Once the cancellation window ends, rescheduling cannot be done.

Each booking allows for a maximum of two rescheduling opportunities. After which, no further changes can be made to the booking.

Any price differences resulting from rescheduling, such as changes in seasonal rates or availability, will be applicable and will be communicated to the customer during the rescheduling process.

In the event that a customer requests a rescheduling but fails to attend the newly scheduled appointment, it will be considered a missed appointment, and our standard cancellation policy will apply

  • You can’t consume alcohol or any intoxicating products during the cycling trip.

  • Participants are responsible for their personal belongings, so it is your own responsibility to ensure their safety. The organising authority will not be held responsible for any loss or damage.

  • It’s not advisable. For security reasons, we recommend avoiding carrying jewellery or valuables during the tour.

  • Please use designated dustbins or dumpsters for proper disposal. Littering is strictly prohibited.

  •  A tour leader will provide instructions and guidance throughout the tour. Please pay attention to their guidelines for a safe experience.

  • Wear comfortable clothing suitable for cycling. Closed-toe shoes and a helmet are recommended for safety.

  • Cycles will be provided for the tour. If you have specific preferences, please coordinate with the tour leader.

  • Yes, photography is allowed. However, be mindful of local customs and seek permission before capturing images of residents.
