• The crystal clear water of this river, also called Dawki River, is a sight to behold. 
• Also, visit the India-Bangladesh Friendship Gate at the border when you are in Dawki.

• The best season to visit Meghalaya is between April and June, the temperature during these months in daytime ranges to 20°C and in night time falls to 11°C.

• In case of extreme bad weather, government restriction or political disturbance, if any activity is cancelled; then the operator will suggest the best possible alternative. However, a cash refund is not applicable. In case of a change in itinerary due to weather, any additional expenses must be borne by the traveler.

• AMS or Acute Mountain Sickness is caused by the quick exposure to low oxygen levels at high altitude. Symptoms of AMS include nausea, fatigue, rapid heart rate and headache to name a few.
• In case of any symptoms, please inform your tour marshal immediately, if there is any discomfort and oxygen levels drop, Backup oxygen cylinder is provided as an immediate relief and the customer is taken to the nearest hospital and moved to a lower altitude region. Once the doctor certifies that you are fit to travel, you can resume the trip or you will be advised to travel back home.

• Any changes in your schedule pertaining to airlines or transportation will result in a change in the entire itinerary. The operator will suggest the best alternative possible in this case. However, a refund for any missed inclusions will not be provided and any extra cost incurred to rearrange the itinerary will be borne by the traveler.

Mawryngkneng – Umbrew River – Bamboo Bridges

The early sun guides us on a bamboo trail to Mawryngkneng, leading to the pristine Umtrew River. Traverse bamboo bridges, nature’s lifelines, as they reveal the beauty of Pynursla. An overnight stay here is all you need to relax. 

Umngot River

• Morning leads to Mawlynnong, Asia’s cleanest village, which is a sight to behold! From here, go to Dawki, where boating on Umngot River is a joy. Catch a glimpse of India and Bangladesh’s borders in this area. Stay the night at Dawki or Pynursla and prepare for Day 6.

Krangsuri Falls – Phe Phe Falls

The morning sun calls us to Krangsuri Falls and introduces you to Jowai’s splendour. If time permits, we go to Phe Phe Falls, soaking in nature’s grandeur. As the day fades, prepare for the journey to Guwahati, which marks the last leg of this exciting tour.

The last day of this trip begins with seeking blessings at Kamakhya Temple—a spiritual angle to your journey before you return home. Drive to the airport in Guwahati to board your flight back to your home city.
