Rescheduling is subject to availability.
Once the cancellation window ends, rescheduling cannot be done.
Each booking allows for a maximum of two rescheduling opportunities. After which, no further changes can be made to the booking.
Any price differences resulting from rescheduling, such as changes in seasonal rates or availability, will be applicable and will be communicated to the customer during the rescheduling process.
In the event that a customer requests a rescheduling but fails to attend the newly scheduled appointment, it will be considered a missed appointment, and our standard cancellation policy will apply
- The best time to go for the Sar Pass Trek is April to June as the sky is clear and the view is magnificent with the right shades of luscious green and white snow on the summit. The sar pass trek offers a wonderful view of Kullu valley and Parvati valley.
- During your trek, you will also pass through a small lake. Apart from the panoramic views, sar pass is easily accessible and falls under the moderate category.
- The starting point for this expedition is Kasol. You can reach Kasol by air or road. To reach Kasol by air, you can take a flight to Bhuntar airport which is located at a distance of 30 kms from Kasol. To reach by road, you can take a cab or a bus from Delhi/ Chandigarh to kasol.
- The maximum altitude of this trek is 13,800 ft.

- The difficulty level for this trek is moderate. The highest altitude is 13,800 ft. The total distance is 35 kms. If you are someone who does not work out regularly, it is advisable to start working out at least a month before the trek to avoid any discomfort.
- If you are able to Jog 5 kms in 30 minutes, your stamina is good to go. You can prepare yourself by running and doing cardio exercises.
- This is a moderate to difficult trek and will require physical strength, it is recommended to start working out atleast a month before the trek.
- To gain stamina, you can try Cardio and running along with stretching every day to strengthen your muscles and work on your flexibility.
- A If you are able to Jog 5 kms in 30 minutes, your stamina is good to go.
- All veg & Jain meals from Breakfast on day 1st to Breakfast on day 6th.
- The total trek distance is 35 kms and the time it will take you to complete the same is 6-7 hours a day.
- In case you are sick and not able to complete the trek, you will be sent down to the base camp depending on the circumstances. Kindly note that a refund or reschedule for the same is not applicable. Any extra expenses incurred during this transfer will be borne by the traveler.

- No Refund- If cancelled by customer in less than 15 days of scheduled departure.
- The payment policy is 100% at the time of booking.
- Refunds are subjected to the cancellation policies. All refunds will be processed in 10 business days to the source account.
- In case of extreme bad weather, government restriction or political disturbance, if any activity is cancelled; then the operator will suggest the best possible alternative. However, a cash refund is not applicable. In case of a change in itinerary due to weather, any additional expenses will be borne by the traveler.

Get ready to acclimatise to Kasol’s weather
Day 1 of the Sar Pass trek marks the beginning of an unforgettable journey through the majestic Himalayan range, starting at the picturesque Kasol base camp. Upon arrival, we’ll have some time to freshen up and settle in before embarking on our first adventure – an acclimatisation walk to the charming village of Chalal. Hiking through the lush green forests and sparkling streams, you’ll be treated to breathtaking views of the towering peaks that surround you. At Chalal, you’ll get a taste of the local culture and lifestyle, interacting with friendly villagers and exploring the quaint streets and shops. As the sun begins to set, you’ll return to the base camp and gather around for an orientation session with your guide. You’ll learn about the route ahead, the challenges and rewards of the trek, and the safety precautions to keep in mind. Finally, as night falls and the stars above you start to twinkle, you can retire to your tents, snuggle up in warm sleeping bags, and dream of the adventures that await you on this incredible journey.
Trek through scenic forests to reach Grahan
Get ready for an exhilarating trek through the scenic forests of the Himalayas to the Grahan camp. Starting bright and early at 7 AM, you’ll undertake a mesmerising trip filled with breathtaking landscapes and dense forests. Enjoy the sweet fragrance of Himalayan flora, the chirping of birds, and the breathtaking views of the mountains as you trek through winding trails. The Grahan campsite is nestled in the lap of nature, surrounded by towering trees and majestic mountains. Upon arrival, you can relish nature’s bounty and take a short acclimatisation walk to explore the charming Grahan village. Don’t forget to record the quaint wooden houses adorned with colourful flags and flowers alongside the typical mountain landscape. Don’t miss shopping at local markets before returning to the campsite. Rest under the starry sky and wake up rejuvenated for Day 3 of the trek.
Encounter unique wildlife on your way to Min Thach
Get ready to experience the beauty of the Kanwar Wildlife Sanctuary as you embark on a moderate trek to Min Thach. The forest is home to an incredible variety of flora and fauna unique to this valley. As you make your way through the dense forest, you’ll be surrounded by towering trees and the symphony of sounds from the forest creatures. The trail may be a bit challenging, but the breathtaking views of the Grahan valley and the Nagaru cliffs will make it all worth it. As you reach the Min Thach campsite, you’ll be greeted by a panoramic view of the snow-capped mountains towering in the distance. The campsite is nestled amidst lush greenery and offers a peaceful respite from the hustle and bustle of city life. Post dinner, retire to the tents to wake up recharged for the trek to Nagaru.

Day 4 of your adventurous trek is going to be the most visually stunning till now! The day will start at 8 am to ensure there’s enough time to complete the challenging but rewarding climb up to Nagaru. The climb is short but steep, and you’ll soon find yourself above the tree line, surrounded by the breathtaking beauty of the Himalayas. You’ll truly understand the magnificence of this location when you reach the campsite at Nagaru. The Sar Pass is a renowned trekking route in the Indian Himalayas. Many adventure enthusiasts visit Sar Pass every year to experience the thrill of high-altitude trekking. Feast your eyes on the panoramic views of both the Parvati and Tosh Valleys, stretching out before you in the vibrant hues of the evening sky, and take as many pictures as you like. Relish the cool mountain breeze and settle into your tents at Nagaru camp for a good night’s sleep.
Experience the thrill of Glissade and Vast Meadows
Day 5 promises to be full of excitement. To enjoy the hard snow, you must start your trek at the crack of dawn at 4 am. It may sound early but trust us; it’s worth it. After an hour of steep climbing, you’ll find yourself on a flat trail leading to the Pass. You’ll be greeted by breathtaking panoramic views of the snow-capped peaks surrounding you. The most awaited, adrenaline-filled part of the itinerary is yet to come. Get ready for an exhilarating ride down the snow! The glissade is one of the most thrilling experiences of the trek. You’ll slide down the steep slope, feeling the wind rush past your face and the snow whizzing beneath you. After the thrilling ride, trek through beautiful rhododendron bushes, taking in the natural beauty around you. Arrive at the vast green meadow of Biskeri Thatch. Set up your tents for the night and spend some time exploring the glorious views and the local terrain. The meadow is dotted with small streams and is home to a variety of flora and fauna. As the sun sets, retire to your tent to rest.
Descend through dense forests to Barshaini
Marking the end of your trek is a day of unforgettable scenic beauty that is a treat to the eyes and Instagram. The trek involves a moderate descent through a dense alpine forest filled with flora and fauna. As you make your way down the forest, the trail will open up to reveal sublime views of the majestic mountains, towering pine trees, and lovely grasslands. You’ll be captivated by the stunning scenery that surrounds you, making it hard to say goodbye. To reach Barshaini, trek via Pulga—a charming hamlet that’s home to friendly locals and offers a unique glimpse into the local way of life. Crossing the Parvati River, enjoy the soothing sounds of the babbling stream and allow the cool breeze to fan you. Upon arrival at Barshaini, take a 90-minute jeep ride to Kasol, where you can spend some time exploring the quaint town and sampling local delicacies. Kasol is known for its lively atmosphere, ensuring a joyously memorable afternoon. Depart from the Kasol base camp by 5 pm with a camera full of glorious snaps and a backpack full of memories.
