• The total duration of this tour is 5 nights and 6 days.

• The best season to visit Arunachal is between April and June, the temperature during these months in daytime ranges to 20°C and in night time falls to 11°C.

• No, there are no age and weight restrictions. In case of any medical history or conditions, please consult your doctor before visiting the trip.

• The accommodations will be provided in standard hotels/ guest houses on double/triple sharing rooms at mentioned places.

• Every day you will be doing a ride of minimum 5 to 6 hours and it may extend depending on the cumulative speed of the group and halts taken during the trip.

• The local permits required will be arranged by our vendor partner. However a valid Id proof & address proof, the booking voucher along with your declaration form is required.

• In case of extreme bad weather, government restriction or political disturbance, if any activity is cancelled; then the operator will suggest the best possible alternative. However, a cash refund is not applicable. In case of a change in itinerary due to weather, any additional expenses must be borne by the traveler.

• AMS or Acute Mountain Sickness is caused by the quick exposure to low oxygen levels at high altitude. Symptoms of AMS include nausea, fatigue, rapid heart rate and headache to name a few.
• In case of any symptoms, please inform your tour marshal immediately, if there is any discomfort and oxygen levels drop, Backup oxygen cylinder is provided as an immediate relief and the customer is taken to the nearest hospital and moved to a lower altitude region. Once the doctor certifies that you are fit to travel, you can resume the trip or you will be advised to travel back home.

• Any changes in your schedule pertaining to airlines or transportation will result in a change in the entire itinerary. The operator will suggest the best alternative possible in this case. However, a refund for any missed inclusions will not be provided and any extra cost incurred to rearrange the itinerary will be borne by the traveler.

Have a hearty breakfast in the morning and gear up to start your picturesque journey towards Wakro.

You can glimpse the lowlands of Assam, with extensive paddy fields and local villagers giving you a taste of Arunachal Pradesh. Wakro is also regarded as an entry point to Arunachal Pradesh.

Your journey through the rugged terrain of Northeast India continues in the morning as you embark on another drive towards Walong. The village’s name means ‘a place with bamboo groves.’

As one of the country’s easternmost towns, Walong receives the country’s first sunlight. Enjoy your time by the banks of the Lohit River, admiring the flora and fauna of the land and learning more about the extensive history of Walong.

Today, you must wake up early, have a fulfilling breakfast, and embark on a journey from Walong to Dong, famous for its ice-capped mountains and pine forests. Our stop will be at Kibithoo.

Once you reach Kibithoo, you can see the first rays of the sun that India receives since Kibithoo is the easternmost village of the country. From this village, you can also spot Chinese outposts.

Spend the rest of the day alongside the Indo-Myanmar border and capture the incredible views of the panoramic mountains with your camera. The memories you make here will be etched into your heart forever.

Post breakfast, we pack our bags again to return to Tezu. The drive from Kibithoo to Tezu is long yet provides some of the best visuals of the Himalayas. 

Check out the majestic Lohit Valley, which is filled with lush forests and extensive tea plantations, which fill the atmosphere with a distinct aroma. A drive along the mighty Lohit River makes the adjoining villages and the scenery highly picturesque.

In the evening, we arrive at Tezu and stay overnight. 

Spend the rest of the evening playing games and relishing the beautiful memories created throughout the trip.

After having breakfast in Tezu, we head towards Dibrugarh town.
