If participants are unable to or refuse to go through with the experience at site, no refund will be applicable.
In order to avoid inconvenience to the other travellers, the expedition will continue in such case and participant will have to make their own arrangements, if they continue their stay.

Once the cancellation window ends, rescheduling cannot be done.
Each booking allows for a maximum of two rescheduling opportunities. After which, no further changes can be made to the booking.
Any price differences resulting from rescheduling, such as changes in seasonal rates or availability, will be applicable and will be communicated to the customer during the rescheduling process.
In the event that a customer requests a rescheduling but fails to attend the newly scheduled appointment, it will be considered a missed appointment, and our standard cancellation policy will apply
- Since this is a rough terrain, a bike with powerful engine and strong build is preferable. The ideal bike for this trip is RE Classic 350cc, RE Classic 500cc, RE himalayan, RE Thunderbird, Bajaj Avenger and in adventure bikes, you can try KTM Duke, KTM Adventure 390.
- Yes, it is absolutely safe for solo riders to bring their own bike and join the group if they are a good rider. The group departure has an experienced tour marshal along with a mechanic and a backup vehicle. Thus, you can enjoy this adventure with maximum safety.

- Yes, there are age & weight restrictions for this trip. The age limit is 18 to 50. The weight limit is 50 to 100 Kgs as long as there is no medical history or condition involved. Please consult your doctor before visiting the trip
- The accommodations will be provided in standard hotels/ guest houses and camps on Single/twin/ triple sharing basis of your selection.
- Breakfast and dinner are included in the trip from Dinner on Day 01 to Breakfast on Day 11
- If you are a frequent bike rider then this trip is perfect for you. If you are not a rider then you can join the trip as a pillion or get a seat on a backup vehicle
- Every day you will be doing a ride of minimum 5 to 6 hours and it may extend depending on the cumulative speed of the group and halts taken during the trip.
- If you are going for this expedition during the month of Jan to March, you may experience snow on the trail. In the summer, the snow melts completely and the weather is bright and sunny.

- For riders with their own bikes, all the documents related to the vehicle are mandatory like insurance, RC and Driving license a valid Id & address proof. For other riders, id proof and valid driving license is required.
- The local permits required will be arranged by our vendor partner however a valid Id proof & address proof, the booking voucher along with your declaration form is required.
- The best way to reach Manali is by Bus. Manali is very well connected with all the major tourist destinations and you can easily get a bus from Delhi to Manali. You can get state-organized buses or private travel buses. The duration for the same is 12 -13 hours.

- In case of extreme bad weather, government restriction or political disturbance, if any activity is cancelled; then the operator will suggest the best possible alternative. However, a cash refund is not applicable. In case of a change in itinerary due to weather, any additional expenses must be borne by the traveler.
- AMS or Acute Mountain Sickness is caused by the quick exposure to low oxygen levels at high altitude. Symptoms of AMS include nausea, fatigue, rapid heart rate and headache to name a few.
- In case of any symptoms, please inform your tour marshal immediately, if there is any discomfort and oxygen levels drop, Backup oxygen cylinder is provided as an immediate relief and the customer is taken to the nearest hospital and moved to a lower altitude region. Once the doctor certifies that you are fit to travel, you can resume the trip or you will be advised to travel back home.
- Any changes in your schedule pertaining to airlines or transportation will result in a change in the entire itinerary. The operator will suggest the best alternative possible in this case. However, a refund for any missed inclusions will not be provided and any extra cost incurred to rearrange the itinerary will be borne by the traveller.

After you reach the wonderful city of Leh, take a cab to the hotel booked for you. Take some time to adjust to Leh’s climate and the new environment. Make yourself comfortable before starting the bike expedition. After you have had adequate rest, consider exploring the city and its irresistible tourist spots, including Shanti Stupa, magnificent palaces, and iconic monasteries, and the vibrant markets. After a delicious meal, rest for the night as Day 2 brings the thrill of the Leh-Zanskar-Manali bike expedition.
Wake up to a beautiful morning and a scrumptious breakfast in the mountains on Day 2—the day you will be kickstarting your Leh-Zanskar-Manali bike expedition. Ride through the breezy roads leading to the ‘Sham Valley’, an adorable valley close to the Srinagar-Leh Highway. We will start by paying homage to the martyrs of the Indo-Pak War at the Hall of Fame. From here, we will head over to Gurudwara Pathar Sahib to relish the delicious langar. Drive through the winding roads to reach Magnetic Hill, which is a mind-boggling place that creates illusions about how gravity works. Be ready to witness this unique phenomenon that defies gravity. Moving further, feast your eyes on the incredible confluence of Zanskar and Indus Rivers at the Indus Sangam Viewpoint and capture the perfect shots. Spend the night under the starlit sky in pure bliss in Leh.
Gear up as we will be experiencing the ultimate thrill on the third day of this road trip. Khardung-La, one of the highest motorable passes in the world, has the most enthralling roads and surprising turns, and we will be crossing it. A ride through the extraordinary pass will introduce you to the ever-changing views of the barren land and panoramic scenes. Stop at the aesthetic location and feel at absolute peace here. The bike route further takes you to the Diskit Monastery, a place with a serene Buddha statue, offering exquisite double-humped Bactrian camel rides. These camels are exclusively found in this region. Spend the evening at the campsite in Nubra Valley, taking in its scenic vistas and enjoying the sights of its ravishing orchards.
Day 4 of the Zanskar trip will take you to Turtuk, the last outpost in India, also known as one of the gateways to the Siachen Glacier. The unique landscapes, culture, language, and history of the exclusive site make it different from other places at Ladakh. It falls under the Gilgit-Baltistan region, which is situated at a lower altitude than Leh, depicting scenes of green pastures that yield fresh produce like apricots and apples. After you return from this town, spend the evening in Nubra Valley, relishing its natural beauty.
It is time to bike to the much-awaited Pangong Lake, one of the most incredible destinations in Leh near the Indo-China border. The changing colours and the sheer charm of the Pangong is an unmissable romantic site that catches everyone’s attention. Being one of the highest altitude saline water lakes, Pangong Lake will offer you the opportunity to feast your eyes on the picturesque views of Shyok River on one side and the mountains on the other. Spending a night at this gorgeous site is surely the perfect way to relax and enjoy its serenity.
Day 6 of the Leh-Zanskar-Manali bike expedition will take you back from Pangong Tso to Leh. So, enjoy a hearty breakfast and mark your way back to Leh. Take a small break at the Chang La Pass, the third-highest mountain pass in the world, which is a must-visit for all riders on bike trips in this region. Click the perfect pictures at stunning locations and visit local cafes to enjoy some of the best meals. The Changla Baba Temple at the top is yet another serene place that is believed to offer divine protection to the people visiting Chang La. Complete your day with a hearty dinner at Leh and spend the night under its crystal clear skies.
The next location of the Leh-Zanskar-Manali bike expedition is a village called Lingshed, a remarkable place, home to several Buddhist monasteries. Visit a popular museum, Hall of Fame to see war memorabilia and seek blessings at Gurudwara Pathar Sahib. Go to Magnetic Hill for a mind-blowing sightseeing experience. Ride back to the deserted area of Taru Thang and enjoy majestic Ladakh Konkha views on your way to National Highway 1. Taking a left turn, away from Wanla, a quaint nearby village, cross the wonderful Photoksar (a village), Sir Sir La, and Singee La Pass to reach Lingshed. The delightful scenes and sites at Lingshed make the evening even more peaceful.
Day 8 will take you to the remotest village of Ladakh, Zanskar. So, strap your bags and get ready early to ride through this offbeat track. Leh-Zanskar-Manali bike expedition will test your riding skills on road bends, curves and twisting paths. Nevertheless, the spectacular landscapes on the way make up for the challenging route, giving you ample spots to click pictures for Instagram. After riding for some time, you will reach the Zanskar Zangla village (headquarters of Zanskar), followed by a half an hour’s drive to Stongday Village on your left. Admire the beautiful monasteries on the left side of the road while riding toward Padum, the biggest village and main market of Zanskar. Roam around the bazaar and spend the evening exploring the many wondrous sites in Padum.
We will now move from Zanskar Padum to Jispa via some uneven terrains and roads. Follow your tour guide and keep pace with your fellow riders for your safety. On your way, embrace the panoramic sites and picturesque beauty of Purnay Village. Visit Kargyak and do not miss the Gumbok Rangan, the stand-alone mighty peak in the middle of nowhere. It is considered a sacred place in Ladakh. Continue through the crazy roads toward Shinku-La Pass, and join the Leh-Manali Highway at Darcha. The asphalt roads will take you to Jispa, the perfect site to camp overnight.
The last day of the Leh-Zanskar-Manali bike expedition will take you back from Jispa to Manali. Bike through the famous Atal Tunnel and bid adieu to this region. You will ride for approximately 110 km before reaching your destination and spend the last night of this trip relaxing by the hills.
